Just had an incredible experience here. One of the cheaper artsy experiences to have near the city. What made me write the review is an incredibly classy response by each member of the staff tonight towards a difficult customer. The supervisor was responsive and empathetic to the staff/difficult customer when they called with their concerns. While the staff was already knowledgeable and attentive, their demeanor in the face of conflict is what pushed the service over the top for me. Will be coming back. Also, great and clean supplies available!Just had an incredible experience here. One of the cheaper artsy experiences to have near the city. What made me...

PaintThis! has such a great energy to it. The studio is unique these days. It is a mom and pop business that employees high school and college kids to run the shop. It has an artistic feel and not a corporate feel. This harkens back to a different time when businesses hired people from the neighborhood. There is something really special about that and being in Old Town only adds to that charm.PaintThis! has such a great energy to it. The studio is unique these days. It is a mom and pop...

Peaceful and calm environment to paint with friends or loved ones. I’ve brought many friends here and had great time every time. Very friendly and personable staff. One of them always checks up on us when we’re painting to ask if we need anything. They have a great selection of ceramics that cycle out pretty frequently, so there’s always a lot of variety. They seem to always have our best interest in mind when helping, even when they are bombarded or busy.Peaceful and calm environment to paint with friends or loved ones.
